The souls who make the first five Saturdays with fervor and with the aim of making reparation to the Heart of your Heavenly Mother, please me more than those who make fifteen with indifference. "

 

Lucie then explained that many people had difficulty going to confession on Saturday and asked if the confession was valid if it was made within eight days.

 

The Child Jesus answered:

 

  "Yes, confession can be made even beyond eight days, provided souls are in a state of grace on the first Saturday when they receive me, and in that earlier confession they intend to do so. reparation to the Sacred Heart of Mary. "
